Scheduling Policy

For all appointments we require a $50 secure deposit at the time of booking; you may pay by Venmo or Zelle. Please text us in regarding schedule an appointment. A text reminder will be sent to you 48 hours prior to your appointment. ​We reserve the right to make any adjustment on appointment without any notification.

Cancellation Policy
​
If there is a need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must notify us 24 hours ahead to avoid extra fees. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service value. Cancellations less than 1 hour of notice and NO-SHOW appointments will be charged 100% of the service amount. All cancellations or no-show payment can be rolled over to the next service appointment.

Late Policy
If you know you are late to your appointments, please contact us. We will hold the appointment 15 minutes when you noticed us.

Loyalty Promotion: Receive 10% off on Your 6th Visit ( must present Lash M valid stamp card).
Refunds Policy

All services are nonrefundable.
We reserved the right to refuse service to anyone.
Permanent Makeup Policy
From September 15th 2024, $300 off for new client - not valid on Touch up service - Brow service is included a 1-2 month touch up service.

By appointment only, no walk-ins.

A $100 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required at booking, it will go towards your final payment. Rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. By booking a service, you automatically agree to the NONREFUNDABLE deposit policy.
Last-minute rescheduling will consider as a cancellation, you will forfeit your deposit.

No shows, unfortunately, I will NOT be able to take you as a customer anymore.
​
If you are late for longer than 15 mins, you will consider it as a no-show and you will lose your deposit.

No guests are allowed in the procedure room.

Please note that I am not a medical professional. Please consult your doctor if you are taking any medication or have any underlying health issues.
A physician’s approval is required if you are under care of a physician for any medical related reasons or are taking any medication that may interfere with this procedure.
Our services are not for you if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. The last breastfeeding has to be at least 45 days prior to your appointment.

If you have a transmittable blood disease such as HIV or Hepatitis. Again, artists penetrate the skin so it is our policy NOT to work with these conditions.
Safety Notice
In view of COVID-19 situation in Bay Area and California, the health safety of our customers and staff is our highest priority. Lash M will be providing a strict operating procedure to ensure the maximum heath safety environment. A full hygiene and sanitation trainings were provided to all our staff so they can conduct the safest and most hygienic services for all our customers. We would like to inform you all that:

All Lash M staffs including receptionist are fully vaccinated

Sanitizer is available for customers.

All tools are fully sanitized before and after each appointment

All artists wash hands before, during and after each session.

Service areas will be cleaned between appointments with disinfectants to minimize contagion.

All staffs including receptionist will be wearing mask during work.

Masks are available for customers per request.
